[Year 12 IPM] Excel Worksheet

Here is the Excel worksheet I have set my Yr 10 students.
It has two phases - the creation of a brief manual that students create
as they work through one of the excellent tutorials from the Florida
Gulf Coast University, followed by a workbook covering 4 years that they
will use to manage the finances of their Restaurant that they have
created as a part of the overall theme.
Please feel free to modify it.
