Yes. Most good image editors will do this. Photoshop, Paintshop Pro,
even IrfanView will. It is usually called batch process or something
similar and you have the option to convert to different formats, sizes
etc.

Good Morning
 
In our school the reporting package shows student photos.  Last year the
photos were jpg format, this year we a have a disc with 900+ photos in
bmp format which do not show up in the reporting program.
 
My question, is there a way to covert the 900+ bmp to jpg in a bulk
rather than individually.
