At the top of page 17 of the IT study design, one of the Unit 1 
dotpoints refers to 'presentation characteristics of websites that 
fulfil different purposes... text-equivalent versions of images and 
Braille displays to inform people with special needs.'

Now, to my way of thinking, Braille on a website would not be 
overwhelmingly useful to the vision-impaired :-)
