[Year 12 IPM] video camera

Best pro-sumer DV cams are the Panasonic 3CCD models.  We use the top
model (NV-400 I think).  Picture quality is excellent.  Also be aware of
the newer HD cameras if you are looking at keeping it for awhile.

at the moment the budget is still being negotiated so the sky's the
