Ulsan in the Republic of Korea is renowned as the power house of South
Korean industry and located on the East coast of the Korean peninsula.

Seven Ulsan high schools, including a Vocational Home Economics HS are
seeking sister school relationships with schools in Australia.

Each school has a preferred exchange periods and programs.

One school example:

1. School name: Ulsan Information and Communication High School

2. School establishment: 9 March 1996

3. School size: teachers (82), students(1064)

4. Brief school introduction

   1) job creating, invention education - the organization and
management of job creating and invention clubs, cultivating ability of
patent and practical new item creation

   2) International exchange - reciprocal exchange with Kobe Kohoku high
school in Japan, with Clementi Secondary School in Hong Kong for the
mutual understanding of language, history and culture.

5. Things to consider in the exchange program with the sister school

  * Cultural experience through reciprocal visit and home stay

  * Visiting period : to be decided after discussion with the sister
school

  * Size of the exchange group : max 10 students, reciprocal visit once
a year
