[English] National curriculum feedback

No submissions from me because 1) I'm too cynical to imagine that any
submissions will have any effect, and 2) I'm teaching Yr 12, which, given
the number of SACs in Semester 1, is taking all my thinking time.
The national curriculum will have to do without my input.
