[English] Opinion of practising teachers for the media

Hi all,

A practising journalist friend writes: "I would like to interview
a secondary teacher to see how they feel about performance
based pay for an article I'm writing for xxx.. Could it work? Is it
doomed to fail? Let me know if you'd be willing to speak to me
or if you know someone who is.  Thanks, (well-respected journo)

If you have an opinion either way regarding this, and would like to
be interviewed by a profesional journo on the topic, could you send
me an email off-list, and I will pass on your offer. Though it's certainly
not necessary, perhaps you may include one sentence indicating your
perspective on the topic, but as you can see from the original email it's
not necessary, just your honest opinions and a willingness to be asked
(please include a phone number) about them are all that is needed  :-)
