Hi all,
Here's an e-learning system (computer desktop) comparison
website, with many parameters to choose from. Here's what
they say about 'ten e-learning systems [and] search' (because
it's short and I can post comparison results here as an example).
Going forward, one would think that it would be well in the best
interests of governments, (and Universities, EdNA, etc) to run
(and publish) similar comparisons, for local needs, and specially
of the free Open Source e-learning systems.
