I get a few queries regarding Compass facilities to export. I'm not sure if
your solution will help with staff needs at CHS but I will certainly have a
good look at it.

Hi all,

 

Quite a few schools around Melbourne and beyond are using Compass now, as
are we at Melba. It has a handy class list export feature but the format is
not terribly useful. So if anyone finds it useful I have made a spreadsheet
template to accept the Compass class list data and convert it into a number
of forms. These include joined forename-surname, email addresses, class
lists for use with Doctopus (useful if you run a Google domain) and comma
separated lists for Google Groups direct add members. Just takes some of the
repetitive stuff away for staff. Use as you will.
