[elearning] auto enrolment of students into Moodle courses based on timetable

HELP!
We recently had a program that took the students subject allocation from the timetable, created by The Timetabler program, and allocated students in Moodle child courses.
It automatically ran overnight.
I then linked these child courses to Moodle courses meaning students and teachers could access all their subject courses without the need for self-enrolment.
But the latest Moodle update has broken the program, our programmer has left the school and we don't know how to fix it.

I was hoping there was a school which has the similar program working with Moodle achieving the same aim and are willing to share it?
