[elearning] Off topic: BER building design

Folks, after 4 yrs :), we have a finished BER building (in the DEECD design).

Just wondering, does anyone know the thinking behind the design of the "Conversation and Recording" areas/rooms. They're the very small rooms, with a shelf/desk on one wall with vertical shelving  on each side of desk
