[elearning] Survey long but useful - make use of as you can

We've recently surveyed our staff to try and get a better handle on future directions at our school and to act in an evidence based manner stemming from that. To that end we create the mother (father??) of all ICT surveys. The ePotential survey doesn't really get down to tin tacks I have found. We particularly wanted to know about roadblocks and the survey functioned quite well to pull out the positives and negatives perceived by staff, quite illuminating.
I thought, given the relatively gargantuan amount of work that went into drafting and redrafting it (and yes a virtual choccy bar for the bright sparkle who spots the one extant spelling error) that it would be better shared with whomever may find use from it. So it's covered by a reverse copyright, you are encouraged to pull it apart, recuse it, get ideas from it or just hit delete. All 42 questions follow below;
Regards to all,
Brett Groves
ICT Manager
Croydon Campus
Croydon Maroondah College
PS if anyone uses Lime Survey and just wants a straight import file send me an off list email and I'll forward it to you. Similarly if anyone is sick of paying for Survey Monkey or wants to be able to download their data without having to pay for a pro account and would like to set up an open source alternative in Lime Survey then send me a line very happy to help you set it up. It's actually pretty easy albeit a little counter intuitive.
