We have no paper reports 7-10 (whole school next year), in a similar way to how you describe. Happy for a visit.

By real-time reporting I refer to teachers putting grades and comments for each student tasks as they are completed on an on-line portal which parents can immediately access.
And then not requiring paper (or otherwise) detailed semester reports.
