Mark,
You can be creative with any IT program....uummm Escha on computer, a movie
competition, Blog about a really interesting topic (of the students) and get
all their facebook friends to comment, join the international EPALS and chat
about the different life styles. Lots of little competitions....who can get
3 international email in the shortest time.......
be creative and have a ball
