[elearning] Position of director of elearning

Hey I'd love to do it, though I'm just a lowly 2nd year graduate so can't
even qualify (even though I've 10 years extensive elearning experience,
developing StudyWiz LMS, working with Wesley College, International
Baccalaureate, the UK government's elearning implementation of an Ultranet
like environment in the Bristol area, demonstrating at BETT and CEBIT...)..
nope, I guess it comes down to how many years I've taught.

p.s: I'm not bitter, just bemused at how old fashioned education recruitment
practices are still - quite happy where I am atm ;)
