Hi Charmaine,
we keep ours locked up in a trolley. There are 15 per trolley and each staff member has a key. If staff want to use them they can book it through our portal/booking system. At this stage we don't borrow them to the students as the techo is a bit weary of students (or their brother, boyfrends etc) using them for hacking.

Subject: [elearning] netbook management
Does anyone have advice about how to manage netbooks. We are about to
buy 100 for student use.
Do we store them in the library on trolleys?
Do allow students to borrow them like books?
Kind regards
Charmaine Taylor
