[Design and Technology] table saw recommendations for under 7, 000

I'd recommend the Sawstop as well. We bought a 3HP PCS model last year. I
would've got the ICS (bigger table, heavier) but it wasn't in stock but
there are no complaints so far.
Eventually, I'll add the sliding attachment for bigger cuts.
