[Design and Technology] Message attachments scrubbed

I have a query regards destech mailings which constantly come out with "html attachment was scrubbed" or "A non-text attachment was scrubbed" frustrating as none of us here know why. Wondering if anyone else knows why and what to do so as to access attachments when they are attached.
