I use a heap of apps in Textiles..
Mostly the camera/video to record production progress, and then the Wordpress blogging app to add to our class blog.
Portfolio and Easy Assessment are great for authentic assessment
Explain Everything is great
Evernote
I have also made web apps for my classes, where they can have all of the weblinks at their fingertips
We have a Flickr, YouTube, blog, Online resources, Diigo group, Daymap, Moodle etc
