design? The Australian Academy of Design is offering a great opportunity
for
secondary and tertiary students to showcase their graphic design and
creative skills
and be in the running to win some great prizes. So if you are graphically
great, deft at design or creatively

First Place: $1000 cash prize from Metro

Second Place: $500 cash prize from Metro

Third Place: $250 cash prize from Metro

secondary student prizes:

Second Place: $500 cash Prize from Metro
Trains
Third Place: $250 cash prize from Metro
Trains
A Scholarship to study at the Australian
Academy of Design in the Bachelor of Design Arts degree will be awarded to
the overall winner from
either Category.
Finalists of the competition will be
exhibited in the Academy’s Clement Meadmore Gallery from 23 June – 23
July
2010.

• an image of your poster in low resolution
jpeg or pdf
• completed entry form with artist’s
release form
• artist’s statement of no more than 150
words. This statement should explain how the work addresses the theme
• completed model release form (if you used
a model)

The Australian Academy of Design is a not-for-profit degree-awarding
institution specialising in art and design education. Key objectives are
to develop creative, innovative industry leaders responsive to community
and
environmental concerns, with a commitment to, and appreciation of, design
effectiveness. The Academy’s accredited Bachelor of Design Arts course
enables
students to undertake major studies in advertising, fashion design, graphic
design, photo media and visual arts. International exchanges are also
