[Design and Technology] Technology Dept. maintenance template??

Could I ask if anyone out there would have a useful template for a technology dept. maintenance schedule which they wouldn't mind sharing? I have recently taken charge of a department and am working through the process of bringing our paperwork up to scratch with the OHS requirements.
