The Centre of Fashion @ Richmond at the Kangan Batman TAFE is worth looking at.
I took my Year 12s and we just caught the train and it is only a short walk from the station.

Hi All,
I'm taking a group of year 9 textiles students into see the Art Deco
exhibition and was wanting some other places to take them to within the
city with a textile design focus. I thought of Craft Victoria. Any other
specific shops, designers, fabric suppliers that may interest them.
