The most accurate data I know is in the situation reports from the world health organisation. They release global daily updates by country plus a world map of the virus. No doubt given the nature of the situation there will be some errors there. Please note the list of countries affected changes on a daily basis as new countries enter the affected list and countries where people recover actually leave the list.
