I can't believe they called it Data analytics... Are they trying to
officially kill the study? I am promoting my subject still as Computing/IT
around the school/to students as I feel uncomfortable calling it "Data
analytics"... Even the Y11 study of "Applied Computing" sounds so much more
attractive. When people ask me what I teach and i say 'Data analytics' I
can just see what their response is going to be... Semi off topic, but I
really do like the Y11 course now. 4 outcomes, some new fields.. It looks
fun!
