Hi Folks
The following flyer has come through for your information.
=========================================================================================================
It is about a full day of free professional learning for teachers to learn about Cyber and to receive a free Deakin scholarship - CompTIA Fundamentals of Cyber.
I was hoping that you would be able to promote the Cyber Curriculum Planning for 2019 at Deakin University (CBD location) on November 15th. It's coming up soon but it would be great to get more secondary teachers involved.
The information text follows and I've attached the promo flier for you.
Cyber Curriculum Planning for 2019 at Deakin University
Cyber security is arguably the fastest growing industry and most in-demand career field in Australia today with over 11,000 jobs being created in the next three years. Deakin School of IT and LifeJourney are hosting this information session and workshop to help teachers and schools better understand the field of cyber security, the programs available to help inspire and prepare students and the post-secondary courses and degrees that can take them into the professional.
Learn from others teachers implementing cyber security in their school's curriculum and industry experts working in the field who will share their stories. Walk away with a new understanding of this emerging field, equipped with the resources and tools to help your students succeed.
Who should attend?
