Actually I do day by day - easier than trying worry about what lesson happen when and some so work over breaks.

Week by week is no good as tasks don't fit nicely into week.

May I please ask a quick question?

When the students map the whole SAT in a Gantt, do they do it by lesson or weeks.
Usually I've recommended lessons.
