[Informatics] SAT evaluation criteria

Hi all

It seems VCAA has been tinkering with the assessment criteria for the SAT
in 2017.

Some criteria have been renumbered, and there are changes to criterion 8.

Did I miss the advertising of these 2017 changes?
Or has VCAA not loudly publicised them?
That would be a bit of a worry.
