[Informatics] POR request

I apologize for the cross post BUT we are reviewing our Positions of responsibility and I have just been told I can have some input if I act relatively quickly. I am after any job descriptions based around responsibilities for the school portal and or reporting. We have real time reporting every 4 weeks and term summative reports. Also who is responsible for the IT specialist subjects. Any information including time allowance would be fantastic.
