Call for applications for Specialist Teachers for 2017-2018
Teachers from government, Catholic and independent schools are encouraged to apply for Specialist Teacher roles with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA).
Specialist Teachers would work with a time fraction of 0.5 EFT VCAA role and 0.5 school role.
To support the implementation of the new F-10 curriculum professional learning programs are being provided for teachers in a range of priority areas and facilitated by Specialist Teachers.
The priority areas are:
* Critical Thinking
* Digital Coding
* Health Education, and Personal and Social Capability, including respectful relationships
* Literacy in the Early Years
* STEM
The position would commence in Term 3 2017 and conclude on July 15 2018.
The closing date for applications is on Wednesday 19 July 2017.
