[Informatics] Can you look over my U4O2 case study?

I've written a case study for U4O2. I have not decided on a marking schema, created a cover page or instructions or prompts, but I will get to that.

Are there any experts out there willing to read my case study and advise if it's OK and, more importantly, let me know of there are any omissions?
