[Informatics] Giving up Microsoft Office - cold turkey

Hi Robert

When I tried OpenOffice a while ago, it had unnecessary and annoying
incompatibilities, e.g. From memory, the spreadsheet insisted a semicolon
instead of a colon in a cell range. So far LibreOffice has loaded all MS
docs smoothly, including password-protected ones.
