Seem to be two issues here: copyright and service or lack thereof.
Re copyright: Of course you are correct that people should not be copying
materials and giving them to others who have not "paid" for them.
BUT people do get frustrated when they cannot access materials they have
paid for and cannot get a timely response from the providers, be that book
publishers or DTLV. The copyright act used to contain a provision allowing
copying under these circumstances.
(I must get back to that science teacher at Morwell High who was foolish
enough to give her science class, including my son, a test handwritten by me
at Mirboo North.)

Greetings
i am not sure taking out on others is the appropriate response to lack of
action since February.
On this list several times, mention has been made of access to answers to
chapter questions, end of chapter quiz and SAT/SAC examples with suggested
solutions.
This is the benefit of booklisting.
Your local Resources manager(Librarian?) will have these details.
Every year teachers need to renew their access codes and class codes.
This procedure is well established for several years (six i think) Asking
for clearly copyrighted materials is a serious indiscretion, without getting
into the legalities of the consequent action if anyone responds.
Book sellers at present are getting around booklisting, not responding to
current teachers with requests for current courses, after their students
have finished classes.
Google may be your friend, as was napster, bit-torrent and pirate bay,
however we are over those now. ..
Under bright light of day anyway.

booklist the text book which in turn gives them access to the materials
however many of their staff do not send access codes to the schools even
when they are requested. The delay in the text book also stressed many
teachers due to the delay and I did not get one until nearly the end of term
one and that was after our librarian had to ring and email to ask why we did
not have them. I know we only have a small group of students studying
Informatics but they need to make it easier for us to obtain the resources
which according to their own system that we are entitled to. With my new lap
top trying to reset the password took ages as I kept getting blocked due to
our firewall and it was incredibly frustrating. Then waiting for resources
that have been paid for to arrive which I am sure I am not the only person
with 12s finished for the year. One of our resources we were invoiced twice
and am still waiting for r!
