Each box represents a number range, except the first one which is 0.  The others are 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10.  You need to write the appropriate number in the appropriate box is how I read it.

So, if the criteria is a 7, you write 7 in the fifth box.  If you grade it as a 4, then you write 4 in the third box.

I do see your point, but that's my interpretation of what's required anyway.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking at the assessment sheet we have to record student outcomes on, and I am slightly confused over how I fill in the results.

For each criterion, there is a row of 6 rounded boxes which look like a computer-readable form to be shaded with a grey-lead pencil. However, I assume that I am supposed to write the number (0-10) into the appropriate box. Why does it have multiple columns in this case, where one box to write the number in would have sufficed?
