[Informatics] Bug?

Hi,
I asked these questions using Thunderbird just before but my message didn't
appear.
Maybe you'll get it twice.

Within the audit I pressed preview response and there are a couple of
questions relating to Outcome 1 that are blank. If I go back to find them
on the outcome 1 page they do not appear. Any ideas please?

Also, if I have pressed Preview Response can I close my browser and submit
tomorrow?
