[Informatics] Notes during U3O1

I'm of the view that students need to have an as realistic workplace
environment as possible during VCE. That'll mean [correct me if I'm
wrong] they have access to every resource available to get the job done.
The constraint is always "Time", for curriculum reasons at school and
for financial and reputation reasons at work.
So, unless we are specifically instructed that students are to be
constrained in their resources, I'm giving them full access to
everything to get the best possible outcome in the given time frame. Go
Students! You can do this!
