[Informatics] Performance Descriptors

Hi,
I'm probably missing something but when I look at the DLTV resources for
U3O1 I see a great marking scheme; rather like the one I was going to
implement. Then I look at the performance descriptors for U3O1 on the VCAA
website and see a rubric with very limited tasks described at a fairly high
level.

Is the VCAA performance descriptors rubric just a high level guide for us
to develop a low level marking scheme as per DLTV?
