[Informatics] Evaluation Criteria

if you can get levels of performance out of them in the criteria they probably deserve a high!

realistically they need to be able to explain why they chose a particular design - some aspect of L/M/H  will help them to write an explanation - the marks are  more in the written explanation of why a particular design was chosen
