Good morning,
In reviewing Criteria 6 I tend to agree with you that the site should be released into the wild. I was thinking the reference to global audience was more in terms of content being appropriate and not offensive, but I see another dot point related to this area.

Hmm, I thought because the SAT specs. say 'a global audience' it means 'live' and not just viewable by a selected audience.
