Hello All,
I need to tidy up some terminology.
1. In 2015 a Layout Diagram was a visual presentation of how the final product should look. It included the relative sizes of page elements, font types and sizes, relative proportions in px or % and the proposed arrangement of the page elements.
2. It is now defined (in Marks's excellent text) as a diagram that 'shows the components and their relationships in a system' i.e. similar to what we called a site map last year.
3. QUESTION: What are we calling something that is a visual presentation of how the final product should look. It included the relative sizes of page elements, font types and sizes, relative proportions in px or % and the proposed arrangement of the page elements?
In other words a Layout Diagram in 2015 in 2016 called a....................................... ? It goes beyond a Mock Up.
I cannot see this specific design tool prescribed or defined anywhere. That's not to say it isn't!
