Hi all
I have been searching through the posts and am a little surprized to see that there has been no mention of the published (and purchased) text for this subject.
Is there any information at all?
Is it being published ?
When will it be available?
Why is it so late?
I am sure some clear explanation would be invaluable for ourselves and our students.
