[Informatics] 2016 Gartner Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies

This is worth sharing with your senior VCE Computing students, especially
when you consider some of the interesting challenges and changes we have
made to our study.

The Gartner Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies is an interesting peek
into the future for the next decade. This 2016 report has an interesting
angle when you consider all these emerging technologies .. its data, and
lots of it.

"Organisations need to be ready for this data flood coming their way and
they need to have the algorithms and technology ready to derive actions
from it. Only then will they be able to benefit from these emerging
technologies and create competitive advantage."
