[Informatics] How two uni students built a better census site in 54hrs for $500

I bet that $500 expenditure didn't include the pizza, though. Costs like
that could really blow out a budget - they might have gone to - oooh -
maybe as high as $550.
I hate to think of the number of pizzas IBM must have consumed during their
census development project to get *their* bill so high.

Also, I suspect somewhere there is a law or regulation that forbids federal
government data being handled/stored/processed by external/foreign
entities, meaning all storage and processing must be done in-house on
Aussie soil. Or something like that. It sounds like the sort of thing a
government would decide.
