This was published on the VCAA at the end of April.

Hi Mark,
I am looking to provide some more support for my students in terms of
the exam structure and I noticed that you were referring to the new exam
structure. Is there a place on the VCAA web site that talks about the
structure in detail? I'll probably find it just after I hit Send.
