Hi Everyone,

We have had quite a few teething problems with Commbiz; the worst one
being that you can't print a statement and still need Netbank to do
this.

The two signatories signing off each fortnight is a bit of a nightmare
but you can get around it (if you know what I mean :-)).  And yes, it IS
true; this year a colleague of mine was asked by asked by the auditor to
get the signatories to show her how they sign in so be careful that
around audit time they have had a few practices.

There are no formal instructions on Combizz, I am afraid you just muddle
your way through.  Good luck!  I am sure we'll get used to it in the
end.  :-)

We have gone onto CommBiz this term.  Had problems to begin with,
including last fortnight when I ended up authorising the pays instead of
the 2 signatories.  That has now been sorted out and yesterday was the
first time I processed a pay "properly".  It went OK.  I think its going
to take me a few pays to really feel comfortable with it.  My two
signatories sat with me during the processing and played their part.
But I can see its going to be an absolute pain to oganise that every pay
day.  

Someone mentioned to me recently that their auditor made the signatories
come in and show the auditor what they needed to do with CommBiz, just
to prove that they did actually do the authorising (not the BM using
their passwords!).

The whole reason we have had to go to CommBiz is because the auditors
weren't happy with Quickline because it didn't require authorisation.

I don't know what we will need to do to make sure the auditors are happy
with our processes, other than play by rules.

I don't think I have seen any formal instructions from the Dept and
there definitely aren't any instructions from CommBiz regarding
authorisation.

changing to Commbiz so that we can direct debit pays etc.

Does anybody know if we apply for - express registration or custom

Good Morning all

Having just completed my first Direct Debit with Commbiz I now have a
few questions/concerns regarding Authorisations.    Can anyone tell me
if there are any written or formal instructions regarding this matter as
it seems to me that it could be a minefield when Audit time roles around
again.
