[Busmanagers] Commbiz

Good Morning all
 
Having just completed my first Direct Debit with Commbiz I now have a few questions/concerns regarding Authorisations.    Can anyone tell me if there are any written or formal instructions regarding this matter as it seems to me that it could be a minefield when Audit time roles around again.
 
I would be interested to hear your comments.
