I believe that an operating lease doesn't have a residual or balloon
payment at the end of the lease. You agree to pay an amount to keep the
goods or simply send them back. A Finance lease must have a residual
payment at the end.

Would anybody know the difference between an "Operating Lease" and a
"Finance Lease"? This is one of the questions on the Auditors Planning
Document and we have our photocopiers on lease.
