[Busmanagers] Subcodes

Hi everyone

A question on subcodes for you.  Am currently using the same subcode
numbers for excursions as last year but have relabelled them according
to which excursions students are going on this year through KGLSUB11001.
When I then enter the budget for receipts and payments using GLBUDG11001
the correct naming appears on the screen BUT the correct naming hasn't
translated into the dropdown box that enables you to make subprogram
selections for entry.  Is this a system problem or is there something,
some step, I have missed?
