Hi Rosemary,
 
You can't have any unprocessed batches open when changing the ID code as Cas=
es21 won't let you. Once you have processed all open batches, you then go in=
to staff records, go up to the edit menu & select CHANGE KEY & save.
 
Pretty sure that's it.
