Dear Lisa,

 

We are with Bendigo Bank and process our Local Payroll through bulk
payments. 

 

You cannot import the file directly from CASES21 (the Dept is aware of
this and has been working on it). Until the problem is fixed you need to
use the software FTS Direct Payments from Bendigo Bank - enter the
details of the payments (i.e. name, amount, BSB & A/c number) onto a
file in this software and then import it in internet banking. Call me if
you would like further details.
