Can someone/anyone please let me know if they have received a proof for
an advertisement for a magazine, then on following up with a phone call,
the person claims that they have spoken to you and you agreed to it yet
you have no recollection of the discussion let alone approving an ad???
I'm either losing my mind (very possible) or this is a new technique to
fool us in to advertising? It has happened twice to me in the last 2
weeks for different publications. Both times they insist that I have
spoken to them and agreed to it earlier in the year but the artwork they
fax is nothing like what I would organise anyway as ours changed late
last year? When I questioned one of them further, they admitted to
pulling the artwork from various parts of our website and we had not
provided them with it?

Thanks, Di
